My journey with plants began with healing my womb and my hormones. On this journey I learned about the detrimental effects of many of the ingredients in the majority of body care products available on the market. Eliminating them made such a significant difference in my hormonal health, there was no turning back. That was over 20 years ago.

What started out as a fun and creative way for me to love on myself and connect more deeply with plants has become a passion project that allows me to share with you some of my favorite, time-tested and hand-crafted botanical recipes.

Beauty does not require chemicals, lab-created ingredients and artificial fragrances. Mother Nature is at her most beautiful when she is in her wild and unadulterated state. I take my cues from her.
